Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

"Invictus" is a poem by William Ernest Henley that was published in 1875. It reads:
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,

These words are inspirational to anyone overcoming adversity in life. During his incarceration, Nelson Mandela recited the poem to other prisoners and was empowered by its message of self-mastery.
My artwork, poetry, and designs exist to aid you in your soul's journey because each has assisted me in my soul's journey.
