I wanted to create a graphic design that featured the American flag while incorporating sentiments from an inclusive perspective. The image appears to be an American flag waving when seen from far away. Get closer and the message comes into view: WE ALL ARE AMERICA. Text underneath reads: That’s why it’s called the US - It’s All of Us Together. The design is optically challenging and a bit hard to read at first. But once the viewer has read the tagline, it makes sense.

I originally had the word Americans instead of America. I changed it for design purposes. I like the finished look and the message that together we are the US. we are America. It's about all of us, not just those people who wrap themselves in an American flag or hang one from a vehicle.
